BANQUET
Q1. Can children come to the banquet?
A. Yes. Children can come but there are no discounted or free tickets for children. All tickets are $60

Q2. What if I want to come to the banquet but can’t afford a ticket?
A. Because we are still several months out, there is time to put aside a little each month to cover the cost of the tickets and other gifts you may want to contribute. If you need help with saving for a ticket, you can make payments towards your ticket through the church. Just indicate it on your offering envelope or on the online payment site. Finally, if you are unable to attend the banquet, we hope you will join us for many of the other activities during our celebration week!

Q3. Do I have to wear a tuxedo or formal gown to the banquet?
A. Because it is a black tie event, tuxedos and formal gowns are suggested, but definitely not required. Just come in your Sunday best!

Q4. Can I purchase banquet tickets at the door?
A. No! All banquet tickets must be purchased in advance. Deadline for purchasing tickets is May 14, 2017.

REUNION CHOIR
Q1. I have never been in any of the choirs, but I was a musician. How can I participate?
A. At this point, we know that there is room for everyone to sing in choir. Opportunities for additional musicians will be decided at a later date.

Q2. Is this Reunion Choir just for Progressive members?
A. NO!! The Reunion Choir is for everyone from all choirs where Dr. Miller has pastored: Mt Olive in Glen Allen, VA, Pilgrim Baptist Church, and Progressive Baptist Church.
Q3. How will we learn the music in one day? There’s only one rehearsal!!
A. Music will be sent out via email several weeks before the celebration. It will be important for participants to listen to and learn their parts the best they can prior to the rehearsal. YOU MUST ATTEND THE REHEARSAL in order to minister at the 4:00 service.

Q3. Will the Reunion Choir sing at any of the other services?
A. The Reunion Choir is being formed to specifically be a part of the Tribute Service at 4:00 on Sunday. If there are other opportunities for individuals to minister, we will inform you at a later time.

Q4. What will we wear?
A. We will announce this information a little later

Q1. I live out of town, is there a hotel reserved anywhere?
A. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Radisson Blu-Mall of America. Please click the "Travel" tab for more information.

Q1. Are there going to be any souvenirs to have as keepsakes for this celebration?
A. Yes. You may purchase a souvenir t-shirt that will commemorate Pastor's retirement as well as the church's 25th Anniversary. Shirts are $10 each and can be ordered by contacting Deacon Carrie Johnson at 612-695-2985. Orders must be placed by May 14, 2017
